Administering User Mailboxes
A system administrator may create,
delete, edit, or reset the password on a user's mailbox. The system
administration password is required.
The following are instructions for administering user mailboxes:
1. Access main company greeting:
a. From within the office:
press your voicemail button or dial the voicemail system access code
(typically 529). When the voicemail system answers and prompts to enter
your password, simply press *. This should return you to the main
company greeting.

b. From outside the office:
dial the main company telephone number and wait for the voicemailsystem
to answer. If answered by a person, ask them to transfer you to
extension 529.
2. Log into administrator’s mailbox 0000:
Press # 0 0 0 0.

3. Enter administration password.:

4. Select option 1 for subscriber

5. Enter the subscriber number you would like
to edit and then press #. The subscriber number is the user's extension or
mailbox number. Press 1 to accept your entry when prompted.

6. Press 5 to edit the subscriber. This will
give you access to the subscriber editor for this subscriber's mailbox. Here
you may reset the password, record the user's name, enter the user's name
spelling for the directory, change the user's greeting, and more.

7. After making your desired changes, press *
to exit each level. You may exit partially and enter another subscriber
number, or press * several times to exit completely.
