OfficeServ Applications
The OfficeServ application suite consists of a number
of applications designed to enhance the functionality and
usability of the Samsung OfficeServ 100, OfficeServ 500,
OfficeServ 7100, OfficeServ 7200 and OfficeServ 7400
communications system.
These applications (OfficeServ Link, OfficeServ Dataview,
OfficeServ Call, OfficeServ Operator, OSM and OfficeServ OpenTSP),
when installed on one or more Windows computers connected to the
local area network, work together to provide an additional range
of system configuration, call control and information handling.
Samsung OfficeServ DataView application
is the Samsung solution for live monitoring and historical
reporting on IP -enabled OfficeServ 7100 communication
systems. Providing comprehensive information and statistics,
DataView gives call centers increased functionality and
greater efficiency.
The OfficeServ DataView interface is web-based. There is no
need to load software on each agent's PC and no need to
manually configure each desktop. The information is
downloaded automatically. Also, the web-based functionality
supports more efficient, more cost-effective licensing.
DataView is either enabled, or disabled for the entire phone
system, so there is no need to purchase license upgrades as
you add users.
Finally, DataView tracks and reports all calls coming in and
going out of the phone system, so agents can perform quality
control or even recover sales opportunities lost on
abandoned calls.

OfficeServ DataView comprises three components:
• Data Collector: Collects and analyzes callevents on the system
• Data Manager: Calculates and saves statistics from collected data
• Scheduler: Provides database andscheduled report management
