Bad Weather Prompt
(Mode 3)
“Our offices

(Mode 4)
“Our offices are closed for the
holiday…., we will reopen…”
NOTE: *For
the system to play a particular greeting, you will need to set
the MODE. After recording the chosen
prompt, Press *(Star Key) to back
up to Step 3

Programming
can be done through individual mailboxes or through
System Administration. Following
are directions to program mailboxes in System
Administration from any telephone.
With the
telephone on the hook, and using the telephone keypad, use
the following the instructions:

pre-recorded prompts to complete programming subscriber
mailboxes.
To make changes from the outside:
Call into the office and wait for the
System to Answer

or #000. You can then start with
step 2 to make any System administration changes.
